I offer 60 minute virtual sessions. During our INITIAL session, I want to get to know you better and dive a bit deeper into what brought you to coaching, your goals, values, self-care routine, primary needs, current coping skills and what you want to gain from coaching.
During SUBSEQUENT sessions, I'll check in with your current emotions/behavior, progress and continued goal setting to ensure we remain on plan. We'll discuss assigned homework, potential barriers that are sure to creep in, what's new, what areas may need more attention and how this affects your goals. I'll also challenge thoughts and behaviors when necessary.
We will always identify what's going well, what has challenges and should we need to change courses, we'll do that too.
This is your plan, these are your goals and they have to work for you.
