...and what is coaching?

Coaching is a 1:1 platform (between client and coach) that facilitates growth, awareness and support in a safe space to help you identify and reach your goals. It is rooted in trust with a strong emphasis on a "present forward" mindset. Coaching is accountability where roadblocks are confronted, plans are created and goals are reached.

What coaching is not...

Coaching is not therapy and while they overlap in support, therapy focuses on emotions that you may be stuck in. Coaches do not explore, specialize or treat complex clinical problems. If you are experiencing symptoms of a Mental Health condition such as major depression and/or debilitating anxiety, you should talk to your doctor or therapist to discuss your treatment options.
